[Optimizing the use-by date of reusable medical devices. Experience in a healthcare establishment].

Objectives: Sterilized reusable medical devices have a use-by date, after which sterility is no longer guaranteed. There is currently no consensus on how this should be determined. The aim is to re-evaluate the expiry date of reusable medical devices, by means of a risk analysis and an assessment of the maintenance of the sterile state of reusable medical devices over time.

[Medication reconciliation on admission: One year of practice in health care institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic].

Objectives: Medication reconciliation is a key point of the v2020 certification. The main objective of this study was to evaluate this activity over one year, including the first epidemic wave at COVID-19. The secondary objectives were to identify the obstacles and levers and to evaluate doctor satisfaction.

[Contribution of the pharmaceutical record in the analysis of drug interactions during retrocession in a centre for cancer research].

Objectives: To implement the pharmaceutical record in retrocession, to evaluate its contribution to the analysis of drug interactions and to estimate the sustainability of this approach.

Methods: This prospective, descriptive, monocentric study was conducted over five months. All patients presenting at the retrocession were eligible.

[Risk mapping associated with organization of a COVID-19 immunization campaign].

Objectives: COVID-19 caused more than 260,000 hospitalizations and nearly 64,000 deaths in France in 2020. Vaccination has become the best hope for gaining control of the pandemic. Our objective is to map the major risks associated with organization of the start of a COVID-19 immunization campaign in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, from December 2020 to April 2021 (inclusive).

A review of melioidosis cases imported into Europe.

Melioidosis is a tropical bacterial infection, rarely encountered, and poorly known by clinicians. In non-endemic areas, a misdiagnosis can lead to a fatal outcome. This study aims to identify the main characteristics of imported and diagnosed melioidosis cases in Europe to increase clinician's awareness of this diagnosis.
