Prematurity remains a leading cause of mortality and morbidity in neonates and children. Prevention of preterm birth and of its complications is a major public health issue. From before conception to long term follow up, many health actors are engaged in this preventive strategy with the same goal : to give the best quality of life for these vulnerable young patients.

- The boy was found to have a round mobile mass on his aortic valve during an echocardiogram for chest pain, but it wasn't causing any serious heart issues.
- Despite being asymptomatic, he underwent surgery for tumor removal to prevent potential complications like systemic embolism, and the diagnosis of CPFE was confirmed through histological analysis.
The buccal fat pad (BFP) is a well-established tool in oral and maxillofacial surgery and its use has proved of value for the closure of oroantral communications. Oroantral communication may be a common complication after sequestrectomy in "bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws."The authors report a clinical case of a 70-year-old female patient in bisphosphonate therapy presented with right maxillary sinusitis and oroantral communication after implants insertion.

Its occurrence in the temporomandibular joint is particularly rare. Despite its benign nature, pigmented villonodular synovitis is described as being locally destructive to the surrounding structures.
