Acute hemorrhagic leukoencephalitis (AHLE), is a rare inflammatory demyelinating disorder, variant of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis. The diagnosis of AHLE remains challenging due to the rarity of the disease and the lack of a reliable biomarker. We report here a case of a 73-year-old male patient with a progressive, low-grade febrile confusional syndrome 20 days after receiving the first dose of BNT162b2 vaccine against SARS-CoV-2.

The objective of this study was to define magnetic resonance imaging measurements that can predict the level of challenge in exposing the anterior portion of the MTR.
Methods: Cranial magnetic resonance imaging studies of 100 healthy individuals were examined.
Syringomyelia secondary to cervical spondylosis is a rare entity to encounter in clinical practice. We discuss the case of a 53-year-old lady who presented with a syringomyelic syndrome and was found to have cervical spondylosis on imaging. Cine-MRI revealed an obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow in the cervical spinal subarachnoid space.

It has been proposed that a subdural effusion with hydrocephalus (SDEH) can be treated effectively with a ventriculoperitoneal shunt (V-P shunt).

The situation where these tumours in collision appear in an area of a previously excised meningioma is even more rare and only two cases have been reported so far. We present the third case of a 73-year-old woman who underwent an uneventful excision of a right sphenoid wing meningioma.
