Hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is a key reaction in electrochemical water splitting for hydrogen production leading to the development of potentially sustainable energy technology. Importantly, the catalysts required for HER must be earth-abundant for their large-scale deployment; silicates representing one such class. Herein, we have synthesized a series of transition mono- and bi- metal metasilicates (with SO32- group) using facile wet-chemical method followed by calcination at a higher temperature.

Fractional calculus is emerging as a promising field to overcome the intricacies inherent in biological systems that prevent conventional techniques from producing optimal results. The present research emphasizes the impact of thermal radiation, chemical reactions, and radiation absorption on an electroosmotic magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) blood-based Jeffrey hybrid nanofluid flow in a microchannel, employing the novel Caputo-Fabrizio fractional calculus approach. This study is carried out on two models: ramped and constant boundary conditions with distinct zeta potentials.

Although the importance of unsupervised learning has been recognized since William James's "blooming, buzzing confusion," it has received less attention in the literature than supervised learning. An important form of unsupervised learning is clustering, which involves determining the groups of distinct objects that belong together. Visual clustering is foundational for ensemble perception, numerosity judgments, spatial problem-solving, understanding information visualizations, and other forms of visual cognition, and yet surprisingly few researchers have directly investigated this human ability.

Objectives:  This study aimed to evaluate the expression levels of hypoxia-inducible factor 1-α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in radicular cysts and periapical granulomas, thereby contributing to the understanding of their potential significance in the differential diagnosis and treatment of these lesions.

Materials And Methods:  In the present cross-sectional study, 51 samples of periapical lesions were included. Of them, 24 samples were radicular cysts, and 27 samples were periapical granulomas.
