Sea turtles are highly migratory and predominantly inhabit oceanic environments, which poses significant challenges to the study of their life cycles. Research has traditionally focused on nesting females, utilizing nest counts and mark-recapture methods, while male behavior remains understudied. Unlabelled: In the Chilean pediatric population, to date, there is no validated screening instrument for sleep-related breathing disorders (SRBD).

Objective: to develop and validate a cross-cultural adaptation of the Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire - sleep-related breathing disorder scale (PSQ-SRBD), by creating the Chilean Spanish version (PSQ-CL).

Patients And Method: The PSQ-SRBD was translated from English into Chilean Spanish, obtaining the PSQ-CL, which was subsequently validated.

Objective: To evaluate descriptive efficacy data, exploratory immunogenicity data, and safety follow-up through study completion from the global, phase 3 MATISSE (Maternal Immunization Study for Safety and Efficacy) maternal vaccination trial of bivalent respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prefusion F protein vaccine (RSVpreF).

Methods: MATISSE was a phase 3, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial. Healthy pregnant participants aged 49 years or younger at 24-36 weeks of gestation were randomized (1:1) to receive a single RSVpreF 120 micrograms or placebo dose.

Localized cystic lung lesions in pediatric patients encompass a spectrum of benign and rare malignant conditions that are quite distinct from cystic lung disease arising in adulthood. The majority have historically fallen under the diagnostic category of "congenital pulmonary airway malformation," a term that has been used to denote a diverse group of diseases ranging in etiology from ectopia to bronchial atresia to mosaic oncogenic mutation or neoplasia. This article reviews the clinical characteristics, gross and histologic features, and pathogenetic underpinnings of congenital pulmonary airway malformation as well as lesions that enter its histologic differential diagnosis.
