Objective: The objective of this paper is to study the association between obesity and tumor recurrence in patients with vulvar cancer.

Methods: This is a retrospective study including vulvar cancer patients from 2003 to 2022. Our primary outcome was progression-free survival (PFS) stratified by status of obesity, defined as body mass index (BMI) >30.

Unlabelled: Metabolic dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) has been associated with increased risks of all-cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality. Identification of modifiable risk factors that may contribute to higher risks of mortality could facilitate targeted and intensive intervention strategies in this population. This study aims to examine whether the magnesium depletion score (MDS) is associated with all-cause and CVD mortality among individuals with MASLD or metabolic and alcohol associated liver disease (MetALD).

Planning Matters: A Document Analysis of 24 Portuguese Health Programmes.

Background: Health planning is essential for effective public health interventions and optimal resource utilisation. The Portuguese Directorate-General of Health has a long history of developing health plans and programmes, for communicable and noncommunicable diseases, and their determinants. This study aimed to review the current 24 programmes and assess the adequacy of their structure and content.

Hypofractionated Accelerated Radiotherapy for Head and Neck Cancer in Fragile Patients.

Background: Radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy is the treatment of choice for locally advanced non-metastatic head and neck cancer. Elderly and frail patients cannot always tolerate this therapy and no clear guidelines exist for their treatment. This retrospective study aims to analyze the efficacy and safety of hypofractionated radiotherapy for these patients.

Association of body mass index with pathologic agreement of preoperative and postoperative tumor grade in endometrial cancer.

Objective: We aim to study association of BMI of EC patients, with the level of agreement between preoperative and postoperative tumor grade.
