Background: Sleep disorders as a contributing factor to cognitive impairment have spurred growing interest. The advent of digital technology facilitates the collection of comprehensive sleep measures in a home setting. The objective of this study is to examine the association between digital sleep measures and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).

Public Health.

Background: Global health is increasingly burdened by oral diseases (ODs) affecting 3.9 billion people, and Alzheimer's disease with related dementias (AD/ADRD), impacting 46.8 million globally.

Biomarkers.

Background: Using digital technologies to detect the early signs of dementia-causing diseases could improve the timely detection of these diseases. To support this approach, we explored users' perspectives on the acceptability of using a variety of digital technologies.

Method: A sub-group of participants from Boston University's Alzheimer's Disease Research Centre were recruited.

Background: Age-related changes in the systemic and cerebral vasculature adversely affect brain health and may contribute to neurodegeneration. However, the relationship between markers of systemic (arterial stiffness) and cerebral (flow pulsatility) vascular aging with neurodegeneration remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the associations of arterial stiffness and flow pulsatiility with blood biomarkers of neurodegeneration.
