Purpose: To identify sleep dimensions (characteristics) that co-occur in premenopausal women. The second aim was to examine associations between multiple dimensions of sleep and a set of demographic, lifestyle, and health correlates. The overarching goal was to uncover patterns of poor-sleep correlates that might inform interventions to improve sleep health of women in this age group.

Importance: There is limited understanding of the relationship between social determinants of health (SDOH) and types of overactive bladder/urgency urinary incontinence (OAB/UUI) treatments.
Objectives: Our objective was to determine if OAB/UUI treatment type differs by SDOH, including insurance and estimated median household income (EMHI).
Study Design: This was a cross-sectional study of adult patients assigned female at birth with OAB/UUI, identified from 2017 to 2022 within a tertiary academic health system.
Study Question: To what extent are self-reported diagnoses of food allergies associated with fecundability, the per-cycle probability of conception?
Summary Answer: Fecundability was not appreciably associated with self-reported food allergy diagnoses, number of food allergies, age at first diagnosis, or time since last allergic reaction.
What Is Known Already: Food allergies are atopic diseases that are characterized by an inappropriate immune response to a normally harmless dietary substance. While some studies have observed associations between atopic disorders and infertility, no study has examined the association between food allergies and fecundability, the per-cycle probability of conception.
Objective: To study the impact of preconception Chlamydia trachomatis seropositivity on fecundability, live birth, and pregnancy loss and to assess the effect of low-dose aspirin therapy (81 mg/day) on live birth and pregnancy loss.
Design: Preconception cohort study conducted using data and specimens from the Effects of Aspirin in Gestation and Reproduction (EAGeR) study - a randomized placebo-controlled trial.
Subjects: 1228 individuals with proven fecundity and a history of 1-2 pregnancy losses.
