Background: Clinical studies of biologics in severe asthma exclude smokers or ex-smokers (ExS) with over 10 pack-years (py). Thus, the effectiveness of this therapy in ex-smokers with severe asthma is not well understood.
Objectives: To assess the impact of smoking on clinical efficiency of biologics in patients with severe asthma from the German Asthma Net (GAN), a comprehensive international registry.
Exoribonuclease-resistant RNAs (xrRNAs) are viral RNA structures that block degradation by cellular 5'-3' exoribonucleases to produce subgenomic viral RNAs during infection. Initially discovered in flaviviruses, xrRNAs have since been identified in wide range of RNA viruses, including those that infect plants. High sequence variability among viral xrRNAs raises questions about the shared molecular features that characterize this functional RNA class.

Disentangling the contributions from fluctuations in the nuclear overlap size (geometrical component) and other sources at a fixed size (intrinsic component) remains a challenge. This problem is addressed by measuring the mean, variance, and skewness of P([p_{T}]) in ^{208}Pb+^{208}Pb and ^{129}Xe+^{129}Xe collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.

However, ePROs data for urothelial cancer (UC) patients receiving systemic therapies are scarce, and the application of ePROs in this patient cohort may need specific setups. This study tested the feasibility of ePROs for UC patients receiving systemic therapies in the outpatient clinic of a tertiary care center.
