To establish a multivariate linear regression model for predicting the difficulty of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation of uterine fibroids based on multi-sequence magnetic resonance imaging radiomics features. A retrospective analysis was conducted on 218 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent HIFU treatment, including 178 cases from Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and 40 cases from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (external validation set). Radiomics features were extracted and selected from magnetic resonance images, and potentially related imaging features were collected.

Here, we resequenced 314 diploid wild and landrace accessions to generate a variome map of 47,203,407 variants. Using the variome map, we discovered the reshaping of tuber transcriptome during potato domestication, characterized genome-wide differentiation between landrace groups Stenotomum and Phureja, and identified a jasmonic acid biosynthetic gene possibly affecting tuber dormancy period.

There is an urgent need for effective prevention and treatment strategies against the mpox virus (MPXV). In this study, we focused on the A35R protein and created a chimeric A35R-Fc protein by fusing the Fc region of IgG to its C-terminal.

In this paper, we present a method based on the conjugate image principle and micro-nano optics to detect tilt aberrations of a phased fiber laser array system. A co-aperture optics system was adapted to detect the tilt aberrations of a seven-element phased fiber laser array system simultaneously. A Kepler telescope was designed to construct the conjugate relation between the exit pupil of a fiber optic laser array system and a microlens array and also to match the size of the seven beams and the microlens array.

In contrast to the exposed and thin sensitive region of traditional photo detectors, the sensitive region of the radiation detector was much thicker (30 μm), ensuring the high energy deposition of radiation particles. The response properties of the fabricated SiC npn radiation detector were characterized by high-energy X-ray illumination with a maximum X-ray photon energy of 30 keV.
