Primary malignant melanoma of the lung; a case report and literature review.

Primary pulmonary malignant melanoma is an extremely rare non-epithelial malignancy. Literature is merely limited to a few anecdotal case reports. Herein we present a case of a 74-year-old female who was diagnosed with primary malignant melanoma of the lung.

Scope of work and contributions of female community health volunteers in Nepal's healthcare sector: a qualitative study.

Objectives: To determine the perception of female community health volunteers (FCHVs) in terms of their scope of work, impact of work on their professional experiences and their coping strategies and stakeholders' perception of FCHVs programme, their contribution to the health sector and its sustainability.

Design: A qualitative study involving in-depth interviews (IDIs) with FCHVs and key informant interviews (KIIs) with local stakeholders. All the interviews were conducted through telephone.

Are we ready for self-sampling for cervical cancer screening? Insights from service providers and policy makers in Nepal.

Cervical cancer is the leading cancer among women in Nepal, but the country has very low screening rate, with only 8.2% of women being screened. Integrating genomic, hyperspectral imaging (HSI), and environmental data enhances wheat yield predictions, with HSI providing detailed spectral insights for predicting complex grain yield (GY) traits. Incorporating HSI data with single nucleotide polymorphic markers (SNPs) resulted in a substantial improvement in predictive ability compared to the conventional genomic prediction models. Over the course of several years, the prediction ability varied due to diverse weather conditions.

Background: Menstrual Health (MH) knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) are highly affected by access to information regarding menstruation. Despite being included in the school curriculum, Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education is often not delivered in practice. School-based educational interventions have been shown to be effective in promoting MH.
