Numerous studies have focused on graphene owing to its potential as a next-generation electronic material, considering its high conductivity, transparency, superior mechanical stiffness, and flexibility. However, cost-effective mass production of graphene-based electronics based on existing fabrication methods, such as graphene transfer and metal formation, remains a challenge. The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation and assess the usefulness of QLF quantitative values in pulp diagnosis of teeth with cracks.
Methods: Pulp diagnosis was performed on 76 teeth with cracks according to the American Association of Endodontics's guidelines, and their QLF images were captured.
Objectives: We investigated the involvement of FOXO3a in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in primary human dental pulp cells (HDPCs).
Methods: HDPCs that were isolated from donors undergoing tooth extraction for orthodontic purposes were cultured with or without 1 μg/mL LPS at various intervals. The FOXO3a localization in the HDPCs was verified using immunofluorescence.

This method exhibited excellent chemical compatibility with a broad substrate scope, accommodating up to 25 derivatives. Additionally, kinetic studies were performed to elucidate the reaction mechanism.
