[The influence of the low-frequency laser radiation on microcirculatory disorders in the patients presenting with chronic viral hepatitis].

Aim: The objective of the present study was to elucidate the character of microcirculatory disorders in the patients presenting with chronic viral hepatitis and to evaluate the possibilities for the correction of the associated disorders with the use of laser irradiation. Research Methods: All patients have been divided into three groups: In the first (control) group (30 persons) the traditiona medicamentous therapy was used only, the patients of the experimental 11 group (45 person) alongside with complex medicamentous therapy received the course of intravenous laser therapy and Ill group of patients (45 person) received a rate complex medicamental and laser (cutaneous) therapy.

Results: Medicamentous therapy of patients chronic virus hepatites is not accompanied by authentic improvement of the maintenance in plasma of blood NOx, and inclusion in a complex of medical actions of laser therapy promotes authentic improvement of parameters in plasma of blood NOx.

[The evaluation of exocrinous function of pancreas in patients with chronic pancreatitis].

The article deals with studying the impact of low-intensity laser therapy on the exocrinous function of pancreas in patients with chronic pancreatitis in exacerbation stage. The sample included 49 patients aged from 36 to 69 years. They were allocated on the main (39 patients) and control (10 patients) groups.

Effect of intravenous laser irradiation of the blood on plasma content of ceruloplasmin in patients with chronic pancreatitis.

Ceruloplasmin content in the blood plasma significantly increased in patients with chronic pancreatitis during exacerbation of the disease. Addition of intravenous laser irradiation of the blood to complex therapy of patients with chronic pancreatitis normalized ceruloplasmin content in the plasma.
