Endometrial decidualization resistance (DR) is implicated in various gynecological and obstetric conditions. Here, using a multi-omic strategy, we unraveled the cellular and molecular characteristics of DR in patients who have suffered severe preeclampsia (sPE). Morphological analysis unveiled significant glandular anatomical abnormalities, confirmed histologically and quantified by the digitization of hematoxylin and eosin-stained tissue sections.

Objective: Determine the difference in mean durations of "Good On" time per dose of subjects randomized to extended-release carbidopa-levodopa (ER CD-LD; IPX203; CREXONT®) vs. immediate-release (IR) CD-LD in the RISE-PD trial.
Introduction: Continued interest in the optimization of recovery in aesthetics has led to the exploration of adjunctive therapies. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) serves as one such therapy that may have an impact in this field. HBOT is hypothesized to improve ischemia, reduce swelling, and minimize secondary hypoxic tissue damage.

Design: Population-based retrospective cohort study emulating a target trial.
Setting And Participants: Linked, individual-level health system data were obtained from older adults (≥65 years of age) who made an incident application for a bed in a nursing home in Ontario, Canada, between April 1, 2014, and March 31, 2019, and were followed until December 31, 2019.
Dyslexia is a common and partially heritable condition that affects reading ability. In a study of up to 35,231 adults, we explored the structural brain correlates of genetic disposition to dyslexia. Individual dyslexia-disposing genetic variants showed distinct patterns of association with brain structure.
