Objective: To examine the impact of PRDL on mouse oocyte developmental competence.
Methods: This study was conducted on 6-8-week-old female Swiss albino mice in which different doses of PRDL were administered for three days during superovulation. Oocytes were assessed for quality, and subsequently, embryos derived from these oocytes were evaluated at the blastocyst stage.
Objectives: New-onset refractory status epilepticus (NORSE), a subtype of status epilepticus, poses a critical neurological emergency marked by considerable morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to characterize NORSE phenotypically and assess its outcomes, interleukin levels, and miRNA levels.
Methods: Over a 3-year period, patients presenting with NORSE were enrolled.
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of herbs/herbal extracts to prevent or minimise tooth decay in children and adults.

Understanding the role of the GM in OLZ-induced MS could lead to new therapeutic strategies. This study used metagenomic analysis to explore the impact of OLZ on the GM composition and examined how probiotics can mitigate its adverse effects in a rat model.
