Article Synopsis
  • - Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a rare autoimmune condition affecting small to medium-sized blood vessels, mostly in the respiratory system and kidneys, and can exceptionally cause pachymeningitis, a rare inflammation of the brain's protective membranes.
