We hypothesize that sarcomere mutation carriers have abnormal myocardial contractility before LV dysfunction. Therefore, we aimed to associate myocardial contractility with identified sarcomere mutations and predict genotyped HCM patients with sarcomere mutation by three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (3D-STI).
