Background: The impact of physical activity, sedentary behaviour, diet, adiposity, and body composition on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and cancer-related fatigue among colorectal cancer survivors remains uncertain.
Methods: PubMed, Embase, and CENTRAL were systematically searched until April 2023 for relevant randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and cohort studies. Random-effects meta-analyses or descriptive syntheses were conducted depending on the number of studies.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are a common vector for latent fingermarks in forensic investigations, often detected using powder suspension techniques. Among these, WET UCIO, employed by the Mossos d'Esquadra Central Fingerprint Development Laboratory Scientific Police Division in Catalonia, Spain, is a carbon black powder suspension method showing promise for casework. WET UCIO also utilises a cost-effective detergent solution, enhancing its practicality and sustainability.

The renal nerves, comprising sensory afferent and sympathetic efferent fibers, are crucial for blood pressure (BP) regulation. The inhibitory reno-renal reflex, where central integration of renal sensory input reduces sympathetic outflow and systemic BP, presents a promising target for neurostimulation interventions.

Already promising results using aDBS have been achieved for symptoms such as bradykinesia, rigidity and motor fluctuations. However, the heterogeneity of freezing of gait (FoG) with its wide range of clinical presentations and its exacerbation with cognitive and emotional load make it more difficult to predict and treat.
