Aim: Assess whether school-based teacher-led screening is effective at identifying children with motor difficulties.
Methods: Teachers tested 217 children aged between 5 and 11 years old, after a one hour training session, using a freely available tool (FUNMOVES). Four classes (n = 91) were scored by both researchers and teachers to evaluate inter-rater reliability.

Purpose: Uveal melanoma (UM) has a high propensity to metastasize. Prognosis is associated with specific driver mutations and copy number variations (CNVs), but limited primary tumor tissue is available for molecular characterization due to eye-sparing irradiation treatment. This study aimed to assess the rise in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) levels in UM and evaluate its efficacy for CNV-profiling of patients with UM.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFFamily health history (FHH) is a data type serving risk assessment, diagnosis, research, and preventive health. Despite technological leaps in genomic variant detection, FHH remains the most accessible, least expensive, and most practical assessment tool for assessing risks attributable to genetic inheritance. The purpose of this manuscript is to outline a process to assist primary care professionals in choosing FHH digital tools for patient care based on the new ISO/TS 82304-2 Technical Specification (TS), which is a recently developed method to determine eHealth app quality.

They are trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), which is a communication style to intrinsically motivate patients to a healthier lifestyle. However, being trained in MI skills does not necessarily mean that it is implemented in daily practice so patients actually benefit.

We adjusted the previous version for use in the broader (mental) healthcare context, incorporated new MI insights, expanded the scoring system and created a parallel version. Feasibility and validity evidence in the general practice setting was explored.
