The article considers the results of complex medical sociological study including questionnaire survey of schoolchildren of junior age and their parents concerning issues of satisfaction with stomatological services. The data is presented concerning subjective opinions about quality and accessibility of stomatological care of orthodontic profile. The causes of dissatisfaction are established and ranged.

Secondary dentition eruption terms were studied in children of the age groups from 6 to 18 years in 1980-2002. Tendencies of biological maturity were determined and necessity of existing norms changing was founded. New age related norms of permanent teeth number for boys and girls of different biological age were created.
