[Laparoscopic fibrocholedochoscopy in surgical treatment of choledocholythiasis].

Method of trocar fibrocholedochoscopy and lithotomy was worked out and applied in 16 patients with cholelithiasis complicated with choledocholythiasis. Application of given technique allows improving of choledocholythiasis diagnostics and treatment. One-stage endovideolaparoscopic surgical treatment with troacar fibrocholedochoscopy and lithotomy allow retaining of sphincteric apparatus of major duodenal papilla and avoiding open surgical methods.

[Distinctive features of trocar laparoscopic fibrocholedochoscopy and lithotomy in cholecystocholedocholithiasis surgery].

An analysis of results of surgical treatment of 16 patients with an cholecystocholedocholithiasis who had undergone troacar laparoscopic fibrocholedochoscopia. In conclusion it is staled, that this method can be provided in most of patients and guarantees good postoperative results.

[Improved minilaparotomical choledochoscopy and litoextraction in cholecystocholedocholithiasis].

An analysis of results of surgical treatment of 55 patients with an cholecystocholedocholithiasis who had undergone minilaparotomic fibrocholedochoscopia and lithoextraction. In conclusion it is staled, that this method can be provided in most of patients and guarantees good postoperative results.

[Use of acupuncture for restoring motor and transit functions of the stomach and intestines in suppurative peritonitis].

With the aim of restoration of motor-evacuatory function of the stomach and intestine, the acupuncture was used in 220 patients with purulent peritonitis. The positive effect after single procedure was noted in all the patients with local peritonitis. In 100 patients with diffuse peritonitis, 2-3 procedures were required to achieve clinical effect.
