[Estimation of endosonography method in the patients with moderate risk for choledocholithiasis].

Efficacy of endoultrasonography application in conditions of moderate risk for choledocholithiasis occurrence was estimated in 33 patients, in whom ultrasonography (US) did not reveal the common biliary duct concrements. Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative prognostic values of the method in suspicion for choledocholithiasis presence while US performance have had constituted 78.6, 94.

[Prophylaxis and treatment of intraabdominal purulent complications after performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy using interventions with ultrasonographic control].

The results of treatment of 9103 patients, to whom laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed, were adduced. In 6714 patients intraabdominal postoperative complications were absent, ultrasonographic investigation (USI) was not performed. Dynamical USI was done in 2389 patients, permitting to estimate timely the wound course severity in the gallbladder bed, to administer an adequate therapv, in 9 of them--to perform puncture of subhepatic formations under USI control.

[Possibilities of transcutaneous intervention under ultrasonographic control in comprehensive treatment of severe necrotizing pancreatitis].

In 46 patients with an destructive acute pancreatitis (AP) the invasive intervention under control of ultrasonography, in 38 of them--in stage of purulent complications, was performed. It had promoted stabilization of state in 39 (89.8%) patients, normalization of clinic--laboratory indexes, that had permitted to realize radical operative intervention with minimum risk in perspective.

[Stages in the establishment and the developmental outlook of clinical ultrasonic diagnosis].

The ultrasonic semiotics of different diseases of hepar, pancreas, gallbladder, colon, postoperative complications was elaborated and complicated. New and complicated technological procedures for the complex ultrasonic investigation in before, intra- and postoperative periods were proposed. Minor traumatic transcutaneous intervention procedures under the ultrasonic control for the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space abscess, cysts of various localization were used for the first time in domestic practice.

[The use of an automated teaching system in a therapy department].

At the division of general therapy N 1 of the Kirov Military Medical Academy a version of automated training system was elaborated for the IBM AT/386 users of MS DOS operational system. The knowledge text control was carried out during the lessons at the display classroom equipped with Wyse-85 terminals ("Wyse Technology Company"), DEC VT 220 regimen, and connected up to PC IBM AT/386 which works in multiterminal function. Application of text control has shown that the volume of knowledge had increased up to 82-90%, but it was right only for the groups where the methodics of classes with application of the results of text controls was strictly adhered.
