Purpose: This article studies the relationship between structural changes according to the findings of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCTA), microperimetry (MP), multifocal electroretinography (mfERG) parameters in topographically corresponding areas of the macular region in idiopathic full-thickness macular holes (FTMH).
Material And Methods: OCT, OCTA, MP and mfERG were performed in 14 eyes with FTMH stages I-IV according to Gass. In 13 points at a distance of 0-2.
Purpose: To study vitreoretinal interface (VRI) abnormalities in diabetic macular edema (DME) and the influence of these on the effectiveness of intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapy.
Methods: VRI status and central retinal thickness (CRT) were evaluated using line and 3D-reference scans obtained using spectral domain-optical coherence tomography RTVue-100 before and 1 month after intravitreal anti-VEGF injection (IVI). VRI status was categorized into five subgroups: normal VRI, retinal surface wrinkling associated with the eccentric epiretinal membrane (ERM), ERM involving the macular center, vitreomacular adhesion (VMA), and vitreomacular traction (VMT).
The effectiveness of overactive bladder treatment with M-cholinoblocker solifenacin (Vesicare) as monotherapy and in combination with α1-andrenoblocker terazosin (Setegis) or bladdrer training in elderly patients was evaluated. The results of 12 weeks treatment in all treatment modality groups were comparable. Use of solifenacin in combination with α1-andrenoblocker in comparison to solifenacin monotherapy resulted in longer symptoms remission.

Conservative treatment of urinary incontinence includes changes in lifestyle, behavioural and medical therapy with m-anticholinergic drugs. The combination solifenacini in a dose of 5 mg/day and α1-adrenoceptor blocking agent terasolini in a dose of 2 mg/day significantly improves the results of treatment and well tolerated.
