Although PAUs are frequently seen in the middle and lower descending thoracic aortas, it is rare for them to arise in the ascending aorta. Atherosclerotic vascular illnesses and isolated peripheral arterial illnesses are associated with similar risk factors, such as male sex, advanced age, a history of tobacco use, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary artery disease.

Case Presentation: The patient's medical background, which included her brother's CBT, prompted further investigation. Upon clinical examination and imaging studies, a tissue mass surrounding the right internal carotid artery was identified.
Background: Stigmatising attitudes among healthcare professionals can hinder access to healthcare, making it important to address this issue. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of stigma related to mental illness among Portuguese healthcare professionals and to compare the results among mental health professionals, General Practitioners (GPs) and other health professionals.
Methods: An online cross-sectional observational study was conducted in Portugal using Google Forms® to collect data.

Ensuring these professionals are well-versed in these conditions is vital in medicine. Testicular sparing surgery, especially when tumor markers are negative, is a common approach for patients with small or uncertain testicular masses.
