[Diagnosis and laparoscopic treatment of renal cysts of Bosniak type III and IV].

A total of 322 patients with cystic lesions were examined with contrast-enhanced computed tomography from 1998 to 2005. Of them, 104 patients have undergone transperitoneal or retroperitonial laparoscopic surgery. 21 patients of the latter were diagnosed to have cystic lesions Bosniak III and 4 patients--Bosniak IV.

[The assessment of the parallelism in the results of measuring an analyzable substance and the calibrator in immunological assays].

The method for checking the results of measurements of the analyzed substance and the calibrator for parallelism the immunological testing kit ABICAP-test-DIPHTHERIA, produced by ABION (Germany), is described. The international standard sample of diphtheria antitoxin human serum was used as calibrator, and human serum No. 18, obtained from the Biomed Group (Russia), was used as the substance to be analyzed.

[The use of the serum reference sample containing the antinuclear factor (homogeneous) to determine the working dilution of diagnostic fluorescing immunoglobulins against human IgG(H)].

A previously developed serum reference sample containing the antinuclear factor (homogeneous) in a standard dilution 1:40 was used to estimate the working dilution of commercial lots of diagnostic fluorescing immunoglobulins against human IgG (H) (IGF). Use of a working dilution of IGF in the diagnostic titer helps optimize the immunofluorescence test and save IGF.
