Histochemical studies on rectal mucosa in active intestinal schistosomiasis.

Thirty patients suffering from active intestinal S. mansoni infection, were classified into 3 groups. The first group: 13 cases with early active intestinal schistosomiasis without hepatosplenomegaly.
