Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the auricle is a rare and aggressive entity of cell carcinomas. It is mostly identified in older males with history of sun exposure. After histopathological confirmation, the initial assessment which consists of clinical and radiological evaluation will determine the therapeutic strategy.
