Subcutaneous (SC) rituximab has demonstrated advantages over intravenous (IV) administration; however, insufficient data exist on its use with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in Chinese patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This multicenter, phase II, randomized, controlled study was conducted across China between February 2021 and October 2022. Fifty adult patients with previously untreated CD20-positive DLBCL were randomized to receive one cycle of IV rituximab and seven cycles of SC rituximab (R-CHOP; = 26), or eight cycles of IV rituximab (R-CHOP; = 24), combined with six or eight cycles of CHOP.

The secondary objectives were to analyze the differences in this pain with the lesion grade and the hamstring muscle head involved.
Design: We performed a retrospective analysis of the data collected in a prospective, multicenter, noninterventional cohort study (HAMMER).
Background: Studies on emergency transarterial embolization (TAE) of renal arterial injuries are rare. The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate clinical outcomes after emergency transarterial renal embolization.
Material And Methods: Between January 1st, 2013 and January 1st, 2024, all consecutive patients treated for renal arterial injuries by TAE in emergency settings were retrospectively reviewed.
Objectives: To evaluate the oncological efficacy and complications of cryoablation (CA) in treating lung metastases from colorectal cancer (CRC) at the lung periphery.
Materials And Methods: The inclusion criteria for this bicenter retrospective study included patients with histologically confirmed CRC, with radiologically confirmed lung metastases at the periphery of the lung (distance of less than or equal to 2 cm from the costal, diaphragmatic, or cervical pleura) treated with CA between January 2017 and June 2022. Patients with intra-parenchymal metastases or metastases close to the mediastinal pleura and patients without follow-up were excluded.
Introduction: Hamstring autografts are frequently used for ligament reconstruction surgery. Between 12% and 84% of patients report hypoesthesia or dysaesthesia secondary to injury of the saphenous nerve or one of its branches after hamstring harvesting. Type of incision (orientation and length) is subject of much regarding limiting the risk of nerve damage.
