Objective: To examine five enrollee-reported experience of care metrics and assess enrollee, plan, and state characteristics associated with higher care ratings.
Study Setting And Design: We conducted a repeated cross-sectional study using multivariable linear probability models and predictors that captured various enrollee, plan, and state characteristics. We evaluated five enrollee-reported experience of care measures: being "always or usually" easy to get needed care (yes/no), having a personal doctor (yes/no), having timely access to a checkup or routine care (yes/no), having timely access to specialty care (yes/no), and healthcare rating (0-10).
Frailty and pre-frailty are major public health concerns. While frailty is typically associated with older adults, evidence suggests that pre-frailty commonly starts in middle-age. This study examined associations between behavioural and psychological correlates of pre-frailty and frailty in adults from 40 years to help identify at-risk individuals and inform interventions.

Main Objective: To investigate the association between blood pressure (BP) and HAP exposure in a population-based cohort in rural Malawi.
Materials And Methods: In the Chikwawa district, the site of a previous randomized controlled trial of a cleaner-burning cookstove intervention (the Cooking and Pneumonia Study or CAPS), we recruited 1,481 randomly selected adults.
In members of the complex, the RD1 locus encodes a type VII secretion system involved in virulence. Herein, we describe the genome and transcriptomic analysis of 3488, a clinical isolate from a cat, with a 14.2 kb deletion that encompasses the RD1 locus.
