[Predictive factors of spontaneous pregnancies among women with diminished ovarian reserve patients treated with DHEA].

Introduction: Diminished ovarian reserve remains a challenge in the reproductive medicine field. Treatment options for these patients are limited and there is no consensus to make any recommendations. Regarding adjuvant supplements, DHEA could play a role in follicular recruitment and, therefore, may increase spontaneous pregnancy rate.

[Management of rectourethral fistulas with the York Mason procedure: surgical techniques and outcomes].

Objective: To report our experience for the management of urethro-rectal fistula by the York Mason technique.

Patients And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of patients treated surgically for FUR by the technique of York Mason, between 2000 and 2012.

Results: Seventeen patients were included in the study.
