Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is one of the most common morbidities of pregnancy. The impact of increased maternal blood glucose on fetoplacental hemodynamics is not fully elucidated, especially in patients with uncontrolled GDM necessitating insulin therapy. The objective of this study was to assess the impact of insulin therapy on the umbilical artery dopplers in GDM pregnancies adequate for gestational-age fetuses.

The modes of action behind such benefits are seldom described in detail. Here, we describe the development of a model of care leveraging ePRO data to monitor and manage symptoms of patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors.

We conducted a cross-sectional study in Ceará, Brazil, on women in families with children living below the poverty line at the peak of the second wave of COVID to assess the prevalence of IPV and its association with common mental disorders(CMD).

Patients with melanoma, breast, lung, or colon cancer receiving active systemic anti-cancer treatment at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic were included.
