Unlabelled: Mobile fracture prevention services, with DXA, significantly improved access to care for those at high risk of fracture living in rural areas. Introduction of mobile services facilitated access to fracture liaison services and development of integrated of care pathways across community- and secondary-based care.
Introduction: The ageing population is growing faster in rural areas, yet most fracture prevention services are located in urban areas.
Purpose/objectives: Since the inception of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), treatment delivery has been performed with volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), helical tomotherapy (HT) and noncoplanar static fields (SF). The purpose of this study is to compare SBRT delivery among these treatment modalities to the lung.
Materials/methods: A retrospective review of SBRT treatments of 30 to 60 Gy in 1 to 5 fractions from 2007 to 2015 was performed.
We have analyzed the CTF1 gene, identified in a screen for mutants with decreased chromosome transmission fidelity and shown to correspond to the previously identified chl1 mutation. Chl1 null mutants exhibited a 200-fold increase in the rate of chromosome III missegregation per cell division, and near wild-type rates of marker homozygosis on this chromosome by mitotic recombination. Analysis of the segregation of a marker chromosome indicated that sister chromatid loss (1:0 segregation) and sister chromatid non-disjunction (2:0 segregation) contributed equally to chromosome missegregation.

Eighty-five percent of the mutations are recessive and 15% are partially dominant. Complementation analysis between MATa and MAT alpha isolates identifies 11 chromosome transmission fidelity (CTF) complementation groups, the largest of which is identical to CHL1.
