We demonstrate the use of machine learning through convolutional neural networks to solve inverse design problems of optical resonator engineering. The neural network finds a harmonic modulation of a spherical mirror to generate a resonator mode with a given target topology ("mode on-demand"). The procedure allows us to optimize the shape of mirrors to achieve a significantly enhanced coupling strength and cooperativity between a resonator photon and a quantum emitter located at the center of the resonator.

TrApeks-gel - material for emporary sealing of root channels contained complex composition from osteoplastic materials and special additives: gel-forming material, hydroxyapatite, nanodisperse admixture fractions of orthophosfates calcium, antioxidants, antiinflammatory and radiopaque substances on geliobase. After the standard scheme of chemo-mechanical preparing of root channels of 46 patients (49 teeth) 2 groups were allocated.

Quantitative evaluation was performed on rat parietal bone and qualitative evaluation was performed on rat mandible. It was shown that Gapkol with NCBP (not tanned in formalin and subjected to vacuum extraction) increased reparative osteogenesis.

HAPKOL-I is a working name of the material consisting of HAPKOL and composition of non-collagen bone proteins produced from xenogenic bone material. Long-term cultures of bone marrow from mice (C57B1/6xCBA)F1 of dexter type were used.
