Purpose: To investigate the 10-year changes in visual function and incidence of visual impairment (VI) in highly myopic eyes.

Methods: This longitudinal study enrolled highly myopic individuals who were followed up for 10 years. All participants underwent detailed ophthalmic examinations at baseline and follow-up visits.

Purpose To explore the diffusion characteristics of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) using in vivo cardiac diffusion-tensor imaging (cDTI) and to determine whether cDTI could help identify abnormal myocardium beyond cardiac MRI findings of fibrosis and hypertrophy. Materials and Methods In this prospective study conducted from April to August 2023, participants with HCM and healthy volunteers were enrolled for cardiac MRI evaluation, including cine, late gadolinium enhancement (LGE), T1 mapping, and cDT imaging, using a 3.0-T scanner.

Cyclosporine A Decreased Paclitaxel Resistance in Prostate Cancer Cells by Inhibiting MTDH Expression.

This study aims to investigate the effect and mechanism of cyclosporine A (CsA) on paclitaxel-resistant prostate cancer cells. Paclitaxel-resistant prostate cancer cell lines were established by gradual increment method. The proliferation of cells was tested using MTT and colony formation assay.
