Background: T-shaped uterus is a subclass of dysmorphic uteri according to the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) classification. A T-shaped uterus might be related to poor reproductive outcomes or pregnancy complications. We aim to compare the success rates of fertilization (IVF) between individuals with a normal uterus and those with a T-shaped uterus identified through Hysterosalpingography.

A total of 75 participants with CASPR2 antibodies were longitudinally assessed for disability, quality-of-life, and chronic pain. Although most symptoms improved within 6 months of treatment, neuropathic pain and fatigue were the most immunotherapy refractory, and persisted for up to 6 years.

Traditionally, autoantibodies targeting intracellular antigens are considered markers of T cell-mediated cytotoxicity, while those targeting extracellular antigens are viewed as pathogenic drivers of disease. However, recent advances highlight complex interactions between these immune mechanisms, suggesting a continuum of immunopathogenesis.

The goal of endoscopic management is to relieve the obstruction so patients can resume per oral intake. Most studies have focused on malignant causes of GOO; yet only a handful have explored outcomes related to benign etiologies.

In low- and middle-income countries, including Vietnam, its relative incidence, especially in children, is unknown and most neurologists currently consider infectious encephalitis prior to autoimmune etiologies.
