The objective of this study was to evaluate the adherence to the French Health Authority's 2017 guidelines concerning early-onset sepsis (EOS) in neonates. This 6-month prospective observational study was conducted in 2020 in a tertiary hospital maternity unit. Neonates were classified according to their risk of EOS and the level of appropriate surveillance was analyzed.
