Sonographic parameters of spleen in children living in the Orenburg region taking into account the level and character of anthropogenous pollution of territory of residing are studied. The analysis of indicators of pollution of factors of inhabitancy (atmospheric air, potable water soil) is carried out. Time domain ECG parameters were studied in the representative sample of 5387 healthy individuals aged 0 to 18 years. In each age group, lower and upper limits of the norm for heart rate (HR), P wave, PQ and QRS intervals were defined as 2nd and 98th percentiles of their distribution.

A control group comprised 3200 children living under the similar climatogeographic and social conditions (Group 2). In Group 1 children circulatory diseases, lymphadenopathies, connective and bone tissue dysplasias come first in the structure of morbidity.

The spread of noncommunicable diseases in the children from the polluted area is 92%. Organic abnormalities are prevalent among them.
