Factors that influenced the clinical results of 220 first-attempt intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycles with testicular spermatozoa were evaluated in 107 men with non-obstructive azoospermia, 72 with obstructive azoospermia and 41 with aspermia.
