Financial difficulties, lack of social coverage and medical shortages contribute to the fact that many patients and their families in Uganda are left to fend for themselves. However, health care teams and associations are acting together to disseminate palliative culture while respecting cultural diversity. Nurses are very autonomous in their clinical expertise, providing care and visiting patients at home.

Purpose: We investigated the visuomotor behavior of people with reduced peripheral field due to glaucoma while they accomplished natural actions.

Methods: Twelve participants with glaucoma and 13 normally sighted controls were included. Participants were asked to accomplish a familiar sandwich-making task and a less familiar model-building task with a children's construction set while their eye movements were recorded.

Background: The clinical polymorphism of syphilis leads to diagnostic issues. We report a case of secondary syphilis revealed by skin and mucosal erosions, and responsible for sensorineural hearing loss and asymptomatic papillitis.

Patients And Methods: A 55-year-old man presented oral and peri-anal erosions as the initial symptoms of secondary syphilis.
