Objective: To assess performance of an algorithm for automated grading of surgery-related adverse events (AEs) according to Clavien-Dindo (C-D) classification.
Summary Background Data: Surgery-related AEs are common, lead to increased morbidity for patients, and raise healthcare costs. Resource-intensive manual chart review is still standard and to our knowledge algorithms using electronic health record (EHR) data to grade AEs according to C-D classification have not been explored.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine predictors for helminthiasis among travellers and migrants with eosinophilia for which a visit to tropical regions or endemic regions for common helminthiasis had been registered.
Methods: A retrospective cohort study was performed using electronic health records of 23 905 patients with eosinophilia (January 2011-August 2021) at Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, including patients tested for helminthiasis with a registered stay in a helminth endemic region. Outcomes were diagnosis of any helminthiasis and diagnosis of schistosomiasis and strongyloidiasis.

Background: Narrative exposure therapy (NET) has shown promising outcomes for treating posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in refugees and veterans. Its effectiveness in patients with PTSD following childhood trauma is, however, still unknown.
Aims: We investigated whether NET is an effective treatment for patients with PTSD following childhood trauma.
