[The effect of humoral factors of hypothalamic nonapeptidergic centers on histo- and organotypical potentialites of digestive glands of various developmental origin under conditions of in vivo culture by F.M. Lazarenko's method].

The aim of the present investigation was to study the role of hypothalamic nonapeptides in the regulation of proliferation, growth and cell differentiation processes in glandular epithelia of different developmental origin (parotid gland and pancreas of albino rats) under conditions of in vivo organotypical culture by F.M. Lazarenko's method.

[Effect of neuroendocrine factors on reparation histogenesis of the pancreas during cultivation in the body].

Morphofunctional changes of the pancreas were studied in adult male rats after cultivation by Lazarenko method and in diffusion chambers. The implants were examined on post cultivation d 1,3,6,8,10. The implantation of the pancreatic tissues with hypothalamic neuropeptidergic (supra optic) nuclei was also performed using light and electron microscopy and histochemistry.

[The effect of neuroendocrine factors on the reparative histogenesis of the parotid gland cultivated in diffusion chambers].

Morphofunctional changes of parotid gland were studied in adult male rats by the method of subcutaneous implantation of diffusion chambers (45 transplants). The transplants were examined in 1, 3, 6, 8, 10 days after the beginning of cultivation. The implantation of tissues of parotid gland was performed with hypothalamic nonapeptidergic nuclei (supraoptic) as well.
