Background: In India, the Ayushman Bharat Program aims to provide comprehensive healthcare coverage to underprivileged communities, guided by the 2017 National Health Policy and aligned with Sustainable Development Goals. This study explores healthcare workers' perspectives on the implementation, impact, and challenges of Ayushman Bharat Yojana (ABY) in Kashmir, focusing on primary care services.
Methods: A mixed-methods study was conducted over ten months (October 2020 to August 2021) across ten districts in Kashmir.
Background: Child mortality remains remarkably high in many low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), including Bangladesh. This study aimed to identify the sociodemographic and maternal health-related factors associated with under three (U3) child mortality in Bangladesh.
Methods: We extracted data of 5299 U3 children from Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS) 2017-18.

Climate change involves a shift in earth's climate indicators over extended periods of time due to human activity. Anthropogenic air pollution has resulted in trapping heat, contributing to global warming, which contributes to worsening air pollution through facilitating oxidizing of air constituents. It is becoming more evident that the effects of climate change, such as air pollution and ambient temperatures, are interconnected with each other and other environmental factors.

Despite the presence of quasi-2D "supersolid" magnetic order, the low-energy excitation spectrum contains no sharp modes and is instead a broad and structured multiparticle continuum. Applying a weak magnetic field drives the system into an m=1/3 fractional magnetization plateau phase and restores sharp spin wave modes.
