[Iron salt poisoning complicated by gastric stenosis].

Iron salt poisoning has been reported in a 7-year-old child. Desferioxamine was used for 6 days; systemic toxicity remained moderate. The clinical course was marked by gastro-intestinal symptoms and gastric stricture.
