Aim of investigation - to study parameters of structural and functional remodeling of vascular wall in persons with family history of hypertension (with burdened or positive hypertensive heredity). We examined 95 persons (aged 17 - 28 years) with family history of hypertension (positive hypertensive heredity) and divided them into 3 groups: group 1 - patients with arterial hypertension (AH), group 2 - patients with high normal blood pressure (BP), group 3 - persons with normal BP).
