Matrix-vector multiplications (MVMs) are essential for a wide range of applications, particularly in modern machine learning and quantum computing. In photonics, there is growing interest in developing architectures capable of performing linear operations with high speed, low latency, and minimal loss. Traditional interferometric photonic architectures, such as the Clements design, have been extensively used for MVM operations.

Introduction: Bladder stones (BS) in children are a rare condition and represent 1-5 % of all urinary tract stones. With advances in miniaturized endoscopes and intracorporeal lithotripters, percutaneous cystolithotomy has been demonstrated to be an effective, safe and quick technique, despite the longer operative time. This limitation may be overcome by a semi-closed-circuit vacuum-assisted technology (vamPCL), characterized by a continuous inflow and a suction-controlled outflow (ClearPetra®).

Functional rehabilitation in patients with hemimandibulectomy remains a challenge no matter what method of reconstruction is chosen by physicians. In this paper, we aim to evaluate the feasibility of an acceptable occlusal restoration in patients who have undergone hemimanidublectomy without the reestablishment of mandibular continuity. Data were collected retrospectively on 10 patients with varying degrees of mandible resection.

Introduction: Segmental focal glomerulosclerosis is a histological lesion characterized by podocyte damage. It may be a primary disease linked to an unknown circulating factor, secondary to viral infections, drug toxicity, or a disadaptive response to the loss of nephrons, or it may depend on gene mutations or have an indeterminate cause. The treatment of the primary form involves immunosuppressors.
