Detoxifying reactive oxygen species (ROS) that accumulate under saline conditions is crucial for plant salt tolerance. The Salt Overly Sensitive (SOS) pathway functions upstream, while flavonoids act downstream, in ROS scavenging under salt stress. However, the potential crosstalk between the SOS pathway and flavonoids in regulating salt stress responses and the associated mechanisms remain largely unexplored.

Fanastomig (also known as EMB-02) is a bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1) and lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3), developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. A first-in-human (FIH) Phase I study (NCT04618393) evaluated safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), immunogenicity, and clinical efficacy of Fanastomig in patients with advanced solid tumors. To determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D), population pharmacokinetics (PopPK), and exposure and response analysis (E-R) were conducted.

Objective: To evaluate the impact of neuromuscular, core strength, balance, and proprioceptive training on preventing knee injuries in young athletes, to identify optimal intervention characteristics.

Methods: This review followed the 2020 guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). A systematic search of English and Chinese literature in databases included PubMed, Web of Science, EBSCO, CNKI, and Wanfang, covering studies published from January 1, 2000, to 12 April 2024.

Macrophages play a crucial role in cardiac remodeling and prognosis after myocardial infarction (MI). Our previous studies have built a scalable method for preparing scaled stem cell nanovesicles (NVs) and demonstrated their remarkable reparative effects on ischemic heart disease. To further enhance the targeted reparative capabilities of the NVs toward injured myocardium, we employed a dual modification strategy involving platelet membrane coating and miR-181a-5p loading, creating a nanovesicle termed P-181-NV.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the longitudinal association between shift work and lipid health among railway workers.

Methods: Data from 1,126 railway workers with at least two physical examinations from 2016 to 2021 were retrieved. Records of triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were extracted, with dyslipidemia defined by Chinese guidelines.
