Background: Rehabilitation technology is a growing field, but the sustainable implementation of these technologies, particularly in home settings, is lacking. The aim of this study was to explore the factors influencing the uptake of stroke rehabilitation technology among various stakeholders, including developers, healthcare professionals, individuals who had strokes, strategic experts, management and innovation staff, health insurers, and the National Health Care Institute.
Methods: In total, 22 semi-structured interviews were conducted with a purposive stakeholder sample.
This study aims to determine a margin and robustness setting for treating locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) with a library-of-plans (LoP) based online-adaptive intensity-modulated proton therapy (IMPT).We analyzed 13 LACC patients with delineated planning and weekly repeat CT scans (reCTs). For each patient, 120 IMPT treatments of 25 fractions were simulated with a LoPs approach.

Therefore, this study aimed to develop supportive tools for MHNs regarding oral health to increase sensitisation among MHNs and provide MHNs with the knowledge to recognise (potential) oral health problems in patients with a psychotic disorder. We used a human-centred design in which the user, MHNs and experts by experience were placed at the centre of the research process.

Introduction: Patients with a first venous thromboembolism (VTE) are at risk of recurrence. Recurrent VTE (rVTE) can be prevented by extended anticoagulant therapy, but this comes at the cost of an increased risk of bleeding. It is still uncertain whether patients with an intermediate recurrence risk or with a high recurrence and high bleeding risk will benefit from extended anticoagulant treatment, and whether a strategy where anticoagulant duration is tailored on the predicted risks of rVTE and bleeding can improve outcomes.
