European Research Network for evaluation and improvement of screening, Diagnosis, and treatment of Inherited disorders of Metabolism (ERNDIM) provides proficiency testing to clinical laboratories that offer biochemical testing, including urine organic acids analysis. Following an educational challenge, ERNDIM provided a mass spectrum of the 'trimethylsilyl derivative of cyclic derivative of citrulline' to participating laboratories. Though there is knowledge among some in the biochemical genetics' community, that the cyclic derivative of citrulline can be identified in urine of patients with citrullinemia type I, we could not find any published literature regarding this analyte in patient samples, nor were able to obtain any standard material.

Background And Purpose: activities-based locomotor training (AB-LT) is a restorative therapeutic approach to the treatment of movement deficits in people with non-progressive neurological conditions, including cerebral palsy (CP). Transcutaneous spinal stimulation (TSS) is an emerging tool in the rehabilitation of individuals with sensorimotor deficits caused by neurological dysfunction. This non-invasive technique delivers electrical stimulation over the spinal cord, leading to the modulation of spinal sensorimotor networks.

: Prostate cancer (PC) and its treatment are often associated with side effects such as fatigue, muscle loss, and diminished quality of life (QoL). Physical exercise, particularly resistance training (RT) and aerobic training (AT), has been suggested as a strategy to mitigate these effects. However, the comparative efficacy of RT, AT, and combined RT/AT on QoL, body composition, physical fitness, and laboratory markers in PC patients is still insufficiently understood.
