This case features a 52-year-old patient with recurrent retroperitoneal bleeding from MALS-related inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms (PDAAs). Emergency interventions, including surgical bleeding control, angioplasty, percutaneous drainage, and median arcuate ligament release, were conducted.
