During a 3 month period the Authors have evaluated the possible modification of some coagulation parameters which can be of relevance for thrombophilic state. Fibrinogen and factor VII were measured and following 3 months of oestro-progestinic treatment in 11 women in good general health and without known controindications to contraceptive treatment. No significant difference in some levels of fibrinogen and factor VII were found.
